Cash on Delivery
Category 1: Loose gemstone without any additional certificate – In this case, we don’t need any advance. For such orders, the customer can pay 100% of the amount at the time of delivery.
Category 2 : In case the order is placed for gemstone mounted in jewelry and/or if the customer demands any additional certificate, such orders are not eligible for 100% payment at the time of delivery. An advance payment of 25% of the billing amount is required for processing such orders. For gold jewelry, an amount of INR 10,000 is applicable as an advance payment.
In case the order under Category 2 is cancelled, the advance amount will not be refunded because we would have already borne that additional cost
