If I wish to wear my gemstone in a pendant form, will I get the same benefits as wearing it in a ring?

You can wear most of the gemstones rings or pendants. Rings have the added benefit of being visible to you at all times. Pendants are preferred when more than one gemstone is recommended to be worn.

How many days does it take to benefit from wearing a stone?

However, not every Gem is a Jyotish Gemstone. Technologies used to beautify gemstones are flawed and to use those for Jyotish purposes renders the gem useless.

What is the Origin of Gemstone? OR What is the source of this Gemstone? Or Can you provide a Ruby from Ceylon?

Since we deal with a large volume of Gemstones, we tend to procure them from various sources. We are an astrology-based company and are not dealers in Gemstones. It is difficult astrology-based lt for one to accurately identify the source of any gemstone right up to the mines since it goes through numerous channels. However, our primary objective is to ensure that the provided Gemstones are suitable for Astrological purposes and have the right qualifications, cut, and transparency that meets our stringent quality checks.

Why do your gemstones cost more? OR Why are your prices so high?

Firstly, are you considering the price or the total cost of ownership? We agree that our prices do not seem cheap on paper. However, when you consider the total cost of ownership, which excludes the cost of the ring, Gemstone Pooja, courier charges, product insurance charges, Gemstone Lab Certification, you will realize that we provide the best return on your investment.

What if a customer were to compare our recommendation with their personal astrologer’s advice?

Dear customer, comparing our recommendation with your personal astrologer’s advice will do no good. In fact, it will only lead to more confusion. Not being able to make a decision will not help you with the situation you’re in. Your Astro remedy will unnecessarily be delayed in the process. The choice is simple. For instance, when one is sick and chooses to go to the doctor, does the patient follow a prescription given by numerous doctors or follow a prescribed given by the chosen doctor? 

What if I order a gemstone and do not like what I’ve received?

We have a refund/replacement policy in place to ensure that your rights are protected. However, with gemstones, it is not always possible for us to replace them, especially if they have been embedded in a ring/pendant. You can ask for a replacement/refund if your gemstone has not been embedded. If done within a week of receiving the order, we shall refund your amount after deducting the insurance and courier charges.
